PRESIDENT
Clif Eason, PhD
Clif is an associate professor of marketing and the coordinator of the professional sales program in Samford University's Brock School of Business where he also maintains an active practicioner-focused agenda. Clif has served two stints as Director with School Ministries, the first beginning in July 2016. Clif is married to April and has a son and two daughters; they are members attending Christ Church Birmingham.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Winston Greer, MS, MBA, JD
Winston retired March 2021 as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for a Birmingham medical device manufacturer after helping the company grow from its founding in 1996 to more than 600 direct employees in seven countries. Winston has also been an adjunct professor of graduate and undergraduate courses in statistics and operations management at the University of Memphis and Troy University.

TREASURER
Brian Faircloth, CPA, CVA
Brian is a Partner with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC, of Birmingham, a regional, full-service public accounting firm. He has served clients in the Birmingham and Brewton areas for over 20 years, providing individual, business and fiduciary tax services as well as business valuation services to a variety of industries.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Mark W. Warner, BBA
Mark graduated with a BBA from Mississippi State University in 1991 and retired from AT&T Services in 2019 after 30 years of service. He has volunteered with SMA for over two years as a teacher and is now employed by SMA as Program Coordinator. Mark has been a member of Valleydale Church for over 30 years, where he serves as a deacon and is actively involved in preschool and children's ministries. He and his wife Cindy have been married 31 years and have one son, Nick.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
Kylie Gauntey
Kylie has been with SMA for three years. She first began working as a volunteer, then transitioned into a part time staff member. She is a full time homemaker, as well as a licensed cosmetologist, graduating from Paul Mitchell, The School (formerly XCell Academy) in 2009. She’s worked with children since 2004, working at after school care programs, as a full time nanny, and at various Mother’s Day Out programs. She has three children with her husband of fourteen years, Brandon.
